Faelon Partners, Ltd represented NeuroScience ™ in the sale of the business to a group of investors following a nationwide search. We assisted our client through the entire sales and transition process, including developing marketing materials, conducting buyer outreach and developing a financial structure for the transition. A Faelon Partners, Ltd. representative attended all due diligence meetings and monitored the transaction on behalf of the owners at NeuroScience™.

The investor group is led by Bill Sevold, current President of NeuroScience™, and comprised of experienced professionals that appointed Mr. Sevold as the Chief Executive Officer. The company retained senior management and continues to develop new formulas and innovative methods to bring professional grade supplements to healthcare professionals and their patients.
