Michael Conroy

Michael Conroy is a Merger & Acquisition Advisor at Faelon Partners, Ltd.  He is responsible for client relationship, business development and transaction negotiations for sell-side and buy-side clients.  As a licensed Sales Agent, he assists companies to sell their businesses or assess acquisition targets. As an advisor, he helps his clients begin their Exit Planning Process by positioning their company for a smooth transition and maximum value.  Michael combines his charismatic leadership style and professional skills to assess all aspects of a transaction to meet his clients’ needs and goals. In addition to established companies, Michael enjoys working with start-up companies and entrepreneurs to analyze product launch strategies and explore investor opportunities.

Michael is actively involved within his community. He maintains an ongoing relationship with the military veterans’ initiatives at Carlson School of Management.  In addition, he volunteers with the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Boots2Business and Reboot programs, which are entrepreneurial programs for military veterans and their families.  When he is not working at Faelon Partners, Ltd, he can be found boating and fishing with his family.
