Cushman Motor Company is a 2nd generation, family owned business that has served regional customers since the 1940s. The company’s origins are in selling Cushman Motor Scooters and vehicles. While Cushman electric vehicles remain a strong portion of company sales, the company has evolved with the changing times to include a variety of manufacturers of larger snow, ice and lawn tractors implements. The company sells, services and distributes a variety of light industrial equipment to universities, municipalities, private contractors and many other institutions.

The shareholders of Cushman Motor Company retained Faelon Partners, Ltd. to assist them in valuing, negotiating and structuring a transaction. After meeting with potential buyers and reviewing multiple offers, the owners chose a local buyer with deep experience in B2B Sales and distribution. The new buyer hopes to keep the Cushman Motor Company a family business tradition!
